Shipping & Delivery

We are closed until the 9th January 2012.  Your order will be processed then.

We endeavour to despatch your order to you within 24 hours but this can take longer depending on bank holidays, weekends etc.

Our postage and packing fees are calculated on the weight of the goods.  Your costs will be calculated automatically and shown to you at the checkout prior to paying for the goods.  There is different charges for each region:  UK, Ireland, Europe and Rest of World as per below:

 Our postage and packaging fees for the UK and Northern Ireland are as follows:

1. All orders over £75 will be sent free of charge
2. All orders under 2 kilos and less than £75 will be charged £2.99
3. All orders over 2 kilos and less than £75 will be charged £4.99

1. All orders over £100 will be sent free of charge
2. All orders under 2 kilos and less than £100 will be charged £3.99
3. All orders between 2 kilos and 5 kilos will be charged £7.95
4. All orders over 5 kiilos will be charged £15.95
5. We reserve the right to amend charges to European destinations but you will be contacted by customer services prior to your order being processed

1. All orders over £150 will be sent free of charge
2. All orders under 5 kilos will be charged £12.95
3. All orders over 5 kilos and under 10 kilos will be charged £19.95
4. All orders over 10 kilos will be charged £29.95
5. We reserve the right to amend charges but you will be contacted by customer services prior to your order being processed

NB:  Should your order be returned to us because you didn't collect after a failed delivery or there was an error in the address you entered when buying, we may have to pass on any costs incurred. by us.  We use both the Post Office Service and City Link Couriers.  If your goods are delivered by CityLink, and no-one is in to accept, you will be carded and advised next steps. City Link use photographic evidence of attempted delivery. If  after two  unsuccesful delivery attempts by City Link, you will be charged an extra delivery charge.

Warranty and Returns:

Here at ABC BEAUTY we offer a standard returns policy. The goods should be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please note when returning goods our postage and packaging costs will be deducted before the refund is processed.
All goods must be returned unused, with no seals having been opened,  and in perfect condition. Customers should state reason for returning along with an original receipt. We reccomend that a proof of posting is obtained when returning goods. All refunds for goods can take up to 30 days from receipt of goods.
